Your Lightswing® has an anti-rotation safety feature. This safety feature ensures that the Lightswing® locks after (approximately) two rotations of the base plate. The Lightswing® cannot rotate further after that. Is the base plate stuck? Rotate the base plate a little back before attaching the Lightswing® to the ceiling.
With the help of the Block Release, you can easily unlock your Lightswing® to rotate freely again. The PDF contains the Block Release with simple instructions. Print it out and follow the steps carefully to quickly enjoy your flexible pendant lights again.
